Warranty Policy

The product warranty period is explicitly stated on the product description page.

If you wish to claim a product warranty, you must immediately contact our sole warranty support channel at support@telotengoya.net, describing the product's defect or malfunction and attaching photographic and video evidence.

The warranty only covers factory defects. It does not cover product misuse, drops, breakage, or damage attributable to a third party.

The warranty does not, under any circumstances, give rise to the right of withdrawal from the purchase outside the period established by law. Accepting the product for review does not, in itself, imply acceptance of the warranty.

During the warranty process, the product is inspected to determine the cause of the damage. If the damage is due to a factory defect, the product will be repaired at one of our authorized service centers.

At the discretion of telotengoya.net, the choice will be made between repairing or replacing the defective product.

Once the product has been replaced twice and the problem persists, an agreement can be reached with the buyer that involves a refund of the product.
