Return Policy
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. You must contact us immediately through our support channel at support@TUTIENDA.com, sending photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving your product.
We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if the following criteria are met:
- Damaged/broken or dirty upon arrival.
- Packages lost in transit. We will handle the matter with the carrier and send a new product to the customer at no additional charge, except when the customer provides an incorrect address.
Note: TE LOTENGO YA! will not be responsible for orders routed or addressed incorrectly by the buyer. In any case, we will take steps to correct the address promptly once we are notified of the issue.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid losses during shipping.
Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses; otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
